Not in tune!

This is my second clarinet from Jean Paul, and the clarity on the 2nd one was worse than the 1st! These instruments are NOT in tune, at all. Also, the clarinet has a crack in it. They refuse to give me a refund! Do NOT waste your money!

Great Instrument

I’m a beginner and I own a CL-300 and I couldnt be happier. The only thing I did was change the mouthpiece and ligature. Warm sound, reliable to play... A clarinet for life!

My daughter joined band last year, I did not want to buy something too expensive or do the rental. After much research I decided to purchase this clarinet by Jean paul . Best decision I made. The band instructor stated that it was a great beginners instrument. Customer service is awesome she is now on her 2nd year using it. They replaced her clarinet free of charge when something was wrong with it and it could not be fixed. I was nervous thinking that my warranty was done, considering it was over a year since purchase. I think this is a great investment.

Granddaughter loves it!

My granddaughter loves her new clarinet. She is just beginning to play, and was using an old clarinet borrowed from a friend. There is a definite difference between the old clarinet and the Jean Paul model, as the instructor heard her play at the latest lesson, and noticed that her instrument sounded very different, and much better!
